Welcome to Pet Assist Animal Care. We are a multi award winning family run pet care service in Scarborough, established since 2014 We are multi award winners in the Prestige awards in 2022/23 and again 2023/24 and again 2024/25.
We offer Pet care in your own home and Dog walking services, as well as boarding facilities for small furry animals and birds at our secure premises.
We cover the Scarborough & District area for home visits, and people come from a vast area for boarding of thier pets.
We love and adore animals and believe pets are happier in their own environment rather than in kennels or catteries.

We are competitively priced and we offer various packages and booking care with us can work out cheaper in multi-pet households.
Jane is also a Counsellor who can help with a vast array of issues, including pet bereavement.

We offer a tailor made service for your Very Important Pets (VIP’S) within your own home.
Any pets from small mammals, reptiles, hens, to horses are catered for.
We offer as many visits as you need, for as many hours of care required, within the comfort of your own home.
Our aim is to provide a loving experience for your pets, which is as close to having family at home as is possible. We want your pets to be happy, stress free and have fun whilst you are away, without having the stress of going to boarding kennels or a cattery.
Your pets are treated as individuals, with all the love and attention they require.
At Pet Assist we also offer boarding for small animals like rabbits, hamsters etc at pet Assist premises.
Our charges at Pet Assist are priced fairly, subject to an initial assessment visit, which is free with no obligation and so we can meet your pets.
All packages are tailor made to your requirements and pets needs.
We also provide emergency care for animals when owners are admitted to hospital or disabled and are not well. Or we can set up a contingency plan just incase, or hold a key.
We wouldn’t want your pets to be ‘home alone’ without the support and care from someone on a regular basis.
